LIFE and it's Music

Life is a gift. We all have a purpose and meaning. I heard from my mom and dad that we are all born with a purpose. We should constantly work so that our actions point out to the direction which shall lead us to the goals set by us. I don't feel that God sets the goals for us. The choice is always in our hands. Because at the end of the day, its 'our' life. Parents can only set an example to show us the door, but it is we who need to go through that door.

With such a huge responsibilities, work, and stuff like that. I don't understand how can man find time for some peaceful introspection. Well, I have personally been through such situations too. If observe people around you, one can notice that everyone is busy in their own way. But there is one thing that is common in all of us. WE ALL LIKE to listen to MUSIC. How can such diverse life forms connote to a common phenomenon?

In search of the answer to this question I myself joined a music class. My instrument being the GUITAR. Its been 6 months now, and I slowly starting to feel the music within me. I should tell you, the very feeling that - music is not coming from some APPLE iPOD, or a TV, BUT from you yourself. Right from the moment your strum the magical strings of this instrument, you mind goes through a very silent rhythm and makes you feel that this is what you are made for. I keep my ears close to the vocal box just to get that feeling of music. NO matter how much work I have, how many people waiting outside, I can never forget a day when I didn't strum and go. So what I'm trying to say is that with the rapid social and technological development, where does one find time for peace of the mind. My dad tells me about meditation but that's just not my cup of tea.

I feel that along with each of our PURPOSE of LIFE, we also have a MUSIC of our life. So only time will tell which tune is made for you. We must constantly work in search of this too.
